Nah, you'd be as far away as a 20million valuation.

He might be worth approaching 30million, but there isn't a chance that he is worth approaching 40million.

Selling him for £20m would be the worst bit of business Moyes has ever done. Vastly improved since coming here and only making £5m profit? Would be horrendous.

I'm saying his realistic value is somewhere around 25million, and that a 40million valuation is far more absurd than a 20million one.
