I sketched this out awhile back. It is incomplete and I meant to redraw it but never got around to it. This map also lacks a Chinese take-out restaurant, and a struggling auto-mechanic/auto-parts shop. But those in the USA will probably understand where I'm coming from:

I grew up in the Chicago suburbs, so yes, it was generally all number or president street names.

I'm sure this is legitimately interesting to certain people, but if you want to see how baked in the institutional racism is, here is a neighborhood that was built in the 70's and 80s in the city across the river from me (yes, it's a white flight/Sundown situation).

While it's in the news here are two maps showing the complexities of Iran and its various provinces and ethnicities, just so you know that when someone describes the population as Persian they don't really know what they are talking about.
Note that what it calls Azeri are actually Azerbaijani.
