Of greater concern is the political sticker on his right arm. Benefit of the doubt though... I hope it's either fake, or has been placed there without his knowledge. Both plausible. My gut instinct... I highly doubt he has put that sticker there. Sadly, this picture will probably be shared as though he has.

TBF the whole thing looks more like someone cosplaying than a real officer anyway - the numbers are wrong, and that vest is clearly not a protective one.

The Met have said it was placed on him and it was witnessed by a member of the public who then removed the sticker.

I had a pint with Dean Saunders last week, I posted about it briefly in the RS thresd. His daughter is a Norland nanny near me for Robbie Williams! Anyway, 2 minutes into the chat he came out with ..” if I said what I wanted to say I’d be in big trouble…” implying that he’d spout a load of dodgy nonsense
I avoided the subject and he moved on to how, in his day, players did not have mental health issues!!
