I think only a moron would watch anything you link at this point.
Not a chance I watch 2 seconds of that.
I watched it, not because I’m a moron (cheers Goat) but because I was interested in how mad it was. It’s as you would expect. Companies push diversity as they think it’s how to make money not because they want to. Having a more diverse staff is not in itself a good thing but something we just have to do because “woke”. At one point it questions having more women in management roles. It has plenty of images of ethnic minorities in management roles as the narrator talks about how bad things are. It starts out with images of companies having rainbow flag versions of their logos (virtue signalling apparently and something Musk agrees with).
So basically the only reason companies are trying to diversify and give chances to people that have been overlooked for years is profit. It’s not that people are seeing how insular things have been for years with rich white men running things and now trying to change for the better. It’s because they’re appealing to the woke.

Essentially companies employ the best people, from different backgrounds as it is in their economic interest to do so.
Conservatives think they should be giving preferential treatment to white men, even if they are not as good, and if they dont they are woke and it's all a conspiracy.
I mean it is a conspiracy if you think having your organisation doing as well as possible is a conspiracy.
Bear with me... I can kind of see what they are getting at in the sense that equalisation policies may not be being used in the spirit they are intended. However, that perhaps says more about the utter cynicism and moral vacuum that organisations operate in. The pace that certain clothing brands rushed to start using black models around the time of Black Lives Matter is one that stands out - now dropped by same said brands.
The problem I have with the line of argument taken videos in the is that rather than call such pathetic cynicism / tokenism in order to take a genuine approach to diversity and make genuine change, it is to denounce it, thus throwing baby out with the bath water.
