I do think more and more people are finally starting to be aware that this so called culture war is just a deliberate distraction, not sure if this means we just end up talking about it more and can claim 'victories' such as the warranted support for Gary Linekar while the tories push through obectively cruel and racist legislation.
The war on those on strike from the public sector is oddly quite, normally presented as villains, there must be broad support for their actions, Been huge protests since the weekend yet very little vilification in any media that really is not normal UK behavior. The cost of living has been the wake up call for many, the poor shoes were always meant for left leaning immigration hugging luvvies, bashful Tories never thought they would have to put on those poor shoes as well.

I think that's the key factor on that the cost of living crisis has opened up the reality of wealth disparity to so many, that the usual anti-strike propaganda isn't washing aswell because less people are capable of pulling the ladder up behind them.

The media has been very quiet with regards to the junior doctors striking this time. A few years back the likes of the Daily Mail went on full attack against them.

The directive is clear for the next 18 months, avoid any real issues because the right have failed on them, attack and obfuscate non-issues surrounding unfortunate vulnerable folk who have no voice to fight back with.

He doesn't often get much exposure in the UK, but I'm a huge Heidecker fan and wanted to share this, as I think he lampoon's the over the hill culture war obsessed comics better than anyone.

“STERP DE BERTS!”

A supposedly politically aware man who spent an hour with tucker carlson on camera and felt no desire to challenge him. Doing the usual rogan circuit of right wing fan harvesting. An absolutely awful sell out

My gf didn't know about this side of his until this clip, we watched 5 mins of the post tucker YouTube vid and she couldn't handle anymore
