The laws are already there if you don`t already know - it`s illegal to rape woman and it`s especially heinous to allow the rape of vulnerable girls. Its also scandalous and sickening that it was allowed to go on for years and it`s still happening too.

You`ve got your own opinion but mine happens to be that if you`ve got the XY chromosome you`re a male and therefore you should serve your time like a good boy in a mens prison.

Degree of hindsight now, there was failure in services who would deal with sexual assault of children, they were all geared up to investigate the lone wolf predator type practised by white Europeans, these services simply never come across this type of gang mentality at the time.

Some years back worked in children services, came across this 13 girl, who would be moved into another care facility every time her 38 year boyfriend showed up outside. She would state she was in love and he would never harm her. The police or us, the latest local authority could not stop him, or her reaching out to him and inform her new location...
