Only times we've seen early subs were either injuries or when players were genuinely giving goals away (a-la Godfrey etc.).

He even waited for Holgate to be sent off when it was obvious to anyone with eyes he's having a mare and getting targeted for fouls

Look where a win today would have put us taking into account the other results

Same as last week really. We may have improved somewhat, but in terms of league position we're literally just ticking along on a point a game and I reckon Dyche is completely okay with that.
