Would say "good luck" with that as they were involved with a ton of everyday things and you wouldn't even know it. However, I believe they span out their consumer healthcare division a couple of years ago....kind of sad that I know this I guess.

Back to thread, this whole thing stinks for Palace. Very disappointing from UEFA but unfortunately typical behavior. I guess Everton are awaiting a points deduction in line with the ruling....

I might ask for a sticky (thread) so all us blues know which brands to avoid, and not just Marcel.

Nobody sane would trust John Textor. I can understand UEFA, now that they have bent over backwards to turn a blind eye to multi-club ownership for their own ends, taking umbrage at his involvement at more than one club in the same competition. The failure by Palace to play by UEFA's self-serving bureaucratic rules gave the governing body the in they needed to make an easy example of them. I just find it a dereliction of duty by the Palace authorities not to have played along with the paperwork. We know the rules are self-serving, but they are there to protect UEFA's interests above all others. Parish and co were asleep at the wheel in failing to adhere to those. It's so very Everton under Moshiri.

The Palace fans are being denied something won on the pitch. But the board has questions to answer. As Everton learned bitterly, when you lie down with dogs you get fleas.

Yes, Palace not blameless with the admin. but nor are UEFA. They sent the necessary notification to info@CPFC.com (not to any Board member or executive where it would have been picked up),and when they didn’t getting a reply, they sent it to the same email address.
Poor admin? Ban them!
Fair post though.

Feels a bit like uefa did that on purpose mate, what a total farce.

UEFA, FIFA, Premier League, they all piss in the same pot, money making glitterati.
The club World Cup has almost stopped me watching football. If it wasn't for my deep affection for my beloved Everton I would have walked away from the game.
How did we ever get to this point.
