But that’s the same every single game. We score and sit back. Comes a point where you have to question if that’s the mentality of the players or the tactics from the manager. I’d go with the latter as it happens every match.
I think they're mutually intertwined, although they're not one and the same. Moyes is defensively minded and favours cautioun - we know that.

In many ways, it's been what has made him what his teams are known for: robust teams that rarely look like they'll go down and well-respected.

Equally, it's what brings about the infamous glass ceiling, stopping him pushing on to success, bar one trophy. The ol' catch 22 situations, perhaps.

Does this seep into the squad? Of course it does, because he instructs them to play in a certain way, and that message will become embedded.

But, and it's a big but, these are experienced professionals who've come towards the very top of the game, and that doesn't happen by accident.

As a group, you'd hope they'd have the belief, desire and mental ability to collectively go, "Looks, let's go for another," because it's them on the pitch.

Love Beto's physicality when hes in the mood! Great effort. That was a good centerback he outplayed there...Barry can be our "tap in" merchant off the bench🤣
