Bloodbath phase of this particular leg down. The whole crypto market is now down by 2/3rds from its peak, so if you bought at the top you need prices to triple from here just to get your money back. That ain't gonna happen - this is textbook behaviour from a bursting bubble. when it's done most of these coins will go back to the price they were a few years ago - ie nothing

You’d hope enough people had been burnt by the shorts recently to stay away and give us some steady growth
