They are both so far ahead of anyone else in the world atm imo. Both could play in a ****e team and still single handedly win games which makes them so world class as well. I'd pick ronaldo of the two, i just think he's the better all round player. Can score any type of goal and do just about anything. If you hacked messi down from 35-40 yards constantly, it wouldn't necessarily lead to a goal (because he can still score free kicks from 30 yards). But you would expect ronaldo to score from anywhere and any angle on the pitch, also the lad can really head a ball.

both their goalscoring records are out of this world though, especially the last couple of years

The problem with that is nobody can hack down Messi constantly - people try every game. He hurdles people and finds the spare yard with absurd ease and finishes everything.

He's comfortably the better footballer, as the four consecutive Ballon d'Or awards show. In any other generation, Ronaldo would be the top dog, but Messi just happens to be on another level.

Astonishing player. I'd pick Messi first every time though. In the crazy dream world where we can afford Messi, he'd probably be denied a visa (it's Evington ffs). So come on Cris, you can have Naismith's shirt.

Never been a lack Shicaiaowu the world of football genius, but only hard-working attitude can help you to accomplish something. Is there such a training the hardest player has inspired you?

My brain hurts trying to translate this into a form of English
