My hope is that England manage him well and don't expect him to immediately work wonders. He has to be allowed to settle in. We seem to have a habit of burning through players who perform well on debut.

You need a squad of bowlers these days, he can fill his boots this summer then hopefully you have him, Robinson, Potts, Tongue, Wood, Woakes and maybe a few othersthan can come in and out.
