Switched the Women's t20 on last night as Windies needed 14 off 2 overs to win the game and what proceeded to follow was mind-bogglingly poor. 3 dropped catches in 5 balls all very, very takeable and then with 5 needed off the last over, the keeper has let through two byes off the first ball to a 65mph seamer.
I'm pleased Womens Cricket is getting the exposure it is but I play in the Surrey Championship at 3XI level and the standard is far higher there. It's not elite sport; I'm afraid.
