….great feature on telly with Broad and Atherton in the Lords dressing room and members pavilion. Worth a watch.

Was revealing and shocking to see the state of the dressing room which at best could be described as quaint.

They get away with an awful lot just because it's Lords. Asking professional sportsmen to deal with those facilities in this day is a vit naughty. Not sure any other grounds could get away with that.

….i suppose the difference with cricket dressing rooms is the amount of time the athletes spend there. Having not played the game I have no idea, but there doesn’t seem much complaining.

They're all sat in the players area watching the game a couple of stories up. The changies are there just to keep your bags and pads.

Depends on how the day goes. As the batting team you could be stuck in there for a day or two. If you're next man in, having to sit there in your pads wouldn't be an enjoyable experience.

Think Broad mentioned that the players accepted the conditions because it was Lords but still, they should be better.

I don't know who it is on the radio (bbc 5 live test special) but the main comms are sprinkling in funnies and it's the same voice chuckling in the background. Tuffnell with his deadpan stuff seems to get the more often laughs.
