Love cricket but haven't seen any since I've lived in Spain (15 years).
What's this 20/20 thing? some kind of breakaway thing like Kerry Packer did in the 70s

No it is severely reduced sprint cricket 20 overs a side and strict field settings, just like after work cricket used to be, find the boundary or run like hell. Its approved by the MCC as well

20/20 is great to watch but there is a worry that it could be the dominant brand of cricket. Hate to see Tests lose their importance

They'll show cricket highlights on the TV over here from time to time but I can't pretend to understand many of the rules.
