Not sure about Gordon, he has been in sickbay more than he has been on the pitch over the last 5 years. The video earlier....yes good save but I remember Big Nev making them every week.....try and find another few world class saves from Gordon. Anyhow going onto Howard he is coming to the end he is the same as Big Nev was near then end (but slimmer!) he could pull off a top save but then if someone hits one from outside the box and it is on target then its squeeky bum time. Personally I would try and get Butland as he is quality and would be a definite replacement for Howard and be more cost effective.

I was speaking to a brum season ticket holder on holiday and he said he wasn't all that. said he's totally over rated. Not forgetting they had Hart at around the same age and he said he's nowhere near as good as what he was at his age.

Getting Gordon would be a great idea but I do think the defence has most of the blame for letting in so many goals.
Didn't Howard make two good saves against Norwich which kept us in the game?
Not really, he made two saves which any Premier League keeper would be expected to make. Unfortunately for him Premier League keepers are also expected to deal with long balls into their six yard box rather than watch the opposition head it in.
