Anyone who has a bit of money will be rubbing their hands in glee with all the low priced housing that is about to flood the market. Going to make them a nice little fortune when they lower the rates eventually and prices start going back up.

I've worked out, once my mortgage finishes and I remortgage next year I will go from approximately £700 a month to over £1000...Millions of people set to see another increase in their mortgage payments today. While still paying higher prices for their basic supermarket goods.
They are screwing people over.
