I've said for a long time now. If a party leader steps down, or is fired or dies, or anything, then it should activate another general election!!
The person that was voted in should be PM. Not some idiot that the party then votes in as leader..

The big difference here is that professional , skilled cross examiners are taking this evidence apart in a forensic fashion.
Johnson and Hancock will not be able to waffle , vascilate and obfuscate as they have done their whole lives.

Haha, we had Sky News on and I walked past the telly and heard him say the C word. Stopped me right in my tracks it did.

As fascinating as it is to see the incompetence of this government laid bare before the public, this inquiry is quickly becoming a series of petty squabbles and 'gotcha' moments.
Everyone knows this and the former government were a shambles, especially the now 'shocked' media who enabled them...what would be more helpful is some genuine learning to help future disaster response and recovery.

…Cummings testimony will be dismissed by the Conservatives as that of a bitter narcissist. Trouble is, much of what he said has been mentioned by others. Pity there’s not much on Sunak but plenty for Labour to use as part of the election campaign.
