It really affected me, I thought we would be floating in and out of wretched lockdowns for eternity, like China were still doing at the start of this year.
Events like gigs were never certain they would go ahead after being announced. It was rubbish and it makes me feel worse due to guilt I'm the only person I know of in real life existence who keeps dodging the virus.
The mock word "freedumbs" to annoy people like myself who just wanted to return to normal..... Well, those who kept saying it, shame on you.

Well said that manThis.
I consider myself relatively fit and it wiped the floor with me. And that in all likelihood was a diet version of the Origin.
Encourage the vaccine in your family and community.
Got hit with it for the first time a fortnight ago. Just getting over it nowWell, it took almost 3 years but I finally got kicked in the balls by Covid

My mum was like that, avoided it for an absolute eternity and then got it for the first time about 2 months ago. Didn't feel well for 2 days and then was absolutely fine.
I've been going for a run (which I haven't done since getting legged playing togger aged about 21 and now i am 44) and I've gone back to the same place I went for a walk with my 2 kids, every lunchtime in between school when I had to homeschool them. Brings back a lot of memories of those lockdowns and ever wondering what it would be like if we ever get out of it and how proud I was of the kids, how they stuck at a routine and certainly helped me out more than I helped them when it came to school work lol
I spent my days working with my granddaughter on her school work and even sitting in on her video lessons. She developed so much quicker than she had been doing and I am grateful for the bond that will always last.……
I’ve gone 3 years without having a sniffle. Finally caught up with me, and I tested positive on Friday. Count myself lucky that I’ve had 3 vaccines but this has wiped me out. God knows the effects it would of had, if didn’t have the jabs.
I didn’t know it was possible to ache in so many places and sleep for long periods of time. Didn’t know it was possible for eyeballs to even ache.
I also never got it, nor did I know anyone who got seriously ill from it...or worse. It really affected me, I thought we would be floating in and out of wretched lockdowns for eternity, like China were still doing at the start of this year.
