Not far enough for me. Add drawing and quartering to the hanging bit, and we're talking. We are far too soft in country only handing out 40 year sentences for dropping litter. Bring back the birch I say...and national service...wasn't like this in my day doncher know. And don't get me started on letting "tinge" people in.

People should do what they want, are we going to be controlled that much that we’re not allowed out of homes in fear on punishment?
there’s a million things in this world that can kill us and Covid-19 is just one of them.

If people should just do what they want why do we get locked up for murder, robbery, arson etc.? They're all still crimes just like going against a government ruling should be classed as a crime.

They shouldn't have to be, but if they have no discipline and no regard for others then, yes, they should be tagged and made sure they dont move from their homes. They can then reflect at leisure what being a selfish and ignorant get brings you.

I wasn't comparing them in severity I'm comparing them as being crimes because humans shouldn't be able to do what they want all the time.

Well technically yeah, a crime is a crime.

But there were people moaning about their neighbours going out for two walks in a day back in April/May. I'd hardly compare stuff like that to murder or arson etc. Come on now...

I don't think there is any credible reason for increased restrictions to come back again down the line. I really hope it doesn't happen.

Not as big a difference as you might think necessarily. If you've got circumstances where a government requires you to quarantine (e.g. being in a high risk country, having relevant symptoms etc) and you ignore it and infect somebody, the consequences for the person you infect might not be so pleasant.

il give you an example my wife’s grandad died in May he had Parkinson’s and Cancer he went into hospital very poorly and he wouldn’t of come home anyway as he was 85 years old. Anyway guess what he died of? Well what was on his death certificate? Of course coronavirus
