I've never seen + defined as any distance by any organisation. It was designed to defy definition. Like saying 'it's as long as a piece of string'.Haha. Well, yes, but the 'plus' was supposed to be defined formally by the HSE(?), Has it been?
And surely, saying that establishments will have adopted measures in order to be covid secure is far too strong, bordering on misleading the public by suggesting there will be no risk?

I wouldn't expect a pandamic for that to be deemed common practice!To counter that they have social distancing, table service, staff wearing visors and undertaking extreme cleansing guidelines, hand sanitizers everywhere for customer use, all the glasses will go through dishwashers. I would say going to most pubs here would be as risky as eating at inside restaurants.
My view is that 9 rating refers to nightclubs and bars that don't follow strict SD rules.
