That’s the problem though, that’s the narrative that’s being rolled out. You can’t tell me that a senior government official would not have huge access to support. His child is hardly going to be left to starve. I think he’s done this because he’d rather quarantine out in the sticks.

I can relate to how they feel, my mum has barely seen any of my nieces and nephews over the last 3 months, the youngest of which was only born less than 3 weeks ago. What makes it worse is neither of us drive to go and do socially distant visits as they all live in different areas, the two boys are in High Town, my youngest niece is in Crosby (and other circumstances mean we couldn’t anyway) and my oldest niece and goddaughter is in Childwall
