As long as he’s qualified and able that’s fine…it’s good to promote from within and I don’t want to beat the club over the head with this one, but surely it goes out as anopportunity through normal distribution channels and it’s the best person for the job that gets it…if that’s internal then great but then I forget this is Everton so it may be the path of least resistance
