Looks like he needs a few games to get used to the rest of the team and gel.

He's one of those players who makes very fast, instinctual passes and movements. So he'll take a bit of time to learn his team mates movements and habits.

yep, this is my view. He'll come good though once he's settled in.

Lad come on. He has played 3 games for a new team and, while he wan't great in the first half, in the second half we started to see him connecting nicely with rooney. You can't expect any player to play at their best when they are in new environments with players they don't know. Absolutely ridiculous to write him off.

However, he has been worryingly inept so far against a side from Tanzania, moderately passable against a low quality Dutch side and may-as-well-have-not-been-on-the-pitch stinker of a performance against an ok Belgian side.
