You should not really ever judge a player based on a pre season game. It's all about the fitness.

I thought he played well. He moved well without the ball and delivered a handful of smart passes - a few off of one touch. I'm not sure I would say he needs to redeem himself - I think he performed well. Neither team was at full speed, mind you.
