Ok for for this one mein frandel:

You need to start first round or so with Garen / Morde / Vayne. Don't put any items on these, not important if you go on losing streak.

Add Fiora. Same thing, no items.

Buy the champs you need but never reroll until Round 3 Stage 4 (krugs round, which ever one it is). By now you should have picked up Braum / Liss and ideally Ashe, who you give ALL the attacking items too.

BLAMMO spend gold to get just up into level 7. Sell the Fiora and Garen if you are still running them as soon as you hit a Sejuani (who you give all the defensive items to).

Final comp:

Ashe, Liss, Morde, Sej, Vayne, Braum, Kindred/Gnar. Top 4 sorted. You only need top 4 to progress when Ranked hits.

Also: you're probably only building for one comp each game. Build two, you can always sell.
