Probably my favourite game ever... I remember feeling quite fed up when I finally finished it all, as I knew the next game(s) I picked up wouldn't compare in the slightest. We fling the word 'masterpiece' around all too easily when it comes to gaming, but that game really is one.

Oh, and don't think I've mentioned it before, but I do like your avatar/username - one of my favourite books

I've played that game to death, several times over. Did everything there was to do in it long before achievements and trophies existed. I've got a copy of it on nearly every platform its out on and still have a PS1 Platinum edition in its factory wrap in a drawer.

Think IX is very underrated though. That’s another fantastic game. I’m a huge fan of X as well, one of the first games I ever had when I got my ps2. The characters in the franchise really stand out.

IX is definitely the most underrated Final Fantasy - Never seems to get referenced in relation to the series. I think VIII is a fine game too - I remember it being quite a shock that they binned off the more cartoonish character models of VII for a more realistic type - Card game was ace in it too

Bought World War Z. Remind me of Left 4 Dead which was amazing with friends. WCZ will be more enjoyable with friends. Cant wait for the weekend and give it a proper session.

I remember buying that same edition back in the day when HMV did PS1 games at 2/£30. Resi 2 was the other I picked up in that deal, so I had many hours of quality gaming for the money...
