Actually, I wish Sony would do that, they have the best exclusives by a mile, would love to see Gow, Uncharted, Days gone or Spiderman at 60 fps 4k...phroar. Always seems such a waste putting incredible titles on a slideshow...well my TV plays 30 fps like that..hmmm might not be the consoles fault in fairness....time for a TV upgrade maybe.

Yeah but if you buy digitally you get two copies of the game, one for you and one for a friend due to game sharing. It's well more worth it in my eyes.

If you have a PC too you can also download for that system too on the newer titles

I’ve been looking at 4K teles. Don’t need one. My old HD is fine.

But I still might. She’d go mental like.

Worth getting one now that there are so many good deals around - 4K games do look great, as do films. Just do like me - I bought one when my wife was away for the weekend and set it all up. Took her a few days to notice there was a different TV in the living room, despite watching it every evening lol

I think you could now pick up something fairly decent in the £400-500 range... I myself don't think that you have to spend a four-figure sum to get something that's OK. You could probably go even cheaper but it depends on how "budget" you really want to go. But if you set yourself a limit of, say, £500 you should have a fair bit of choice.

Depends what they want to play but I think they are a cracking console and with a handheld mode you can't go wrong
