Pc on the early access.

The load times are extremely long for anything major

The combat is actually quite fun being able to fly about and fight scorpions and stuff.

Perhaps there will be a patch this week on release to try and fix these issues. Well it needs one !

Yeah unfortunately. I've seen mentioned it's like mass effect reskinned and it does feel a little destiny esq without the polish of it. I'm going to give it a go like, if the game let's me!

Quite funny the story is told at the start like you would know what anything is or why it's happening without any context

I was tempted as it looked cool flying about and shooting stuff up. Agreed, I immediately thought of Destiny when I first saw it.

Yes deffo!!! Both are terrific... Exodus (pc) version is just...gobsmackingly stunning especially in HDR...and really enjoyable to play, the day night cycle is a bloomin marvel. Not openworld perse but three big areas to play in. Best looking game I have played this gen so far. The first two hold up really well still, more linear experiences but probably better scripted too. You don't really need to get the story to enjoy Exodus but as you can get them with gamepass...you would be mad not to give them a whirl.

So.......you are playing an online game basically on release and you are complaining it isn't a perfect experience?

What on earth did you actually expect? When has an online game ever released smoothly?

VINTAGE ANY ONLINE GAME!!!!

Look, EA are a terrible company, i get it, there is many things to slate them with, but complaining about EARLY access on an online game (pro-tip - they are going to release with the server capacity they expect long term, not the surge that always accompanies an online game release as it just doesn't make economic sense) is a bit silly......

My advice would be to wait a week or two and let them get their patches out (you can do all the beta testing in the world and still get plagued with issues on launch) and server fixes in place before you partake.

I expected a functional game that didn't make me play the first solo mission several times at least!

There is issues and there is having to replay the same level over and over again
