It is a hard game that beyond the tutorials showing you a few basic things, it doesn't hold your hand at all. It really isn't the best candidate to judge after two hours (IIRC, the Steam limit on playtime for refunds) as most people haven't even managed to take off and land successfully by the two hour point.

I recommend, if you are serious about the refund thing, to hit up the sub-reddits and get as much in before you launch the game.

It certainly isn't for everyone, but it seems if people are willing to have some patience, and learn the complicated controls, then they tend to stick with it.

Until you get to end game where everyone complains, pretty much like any game.

darn.. I have to play this more than my usual 15 minutes before I judge it? This is gonna be tough!

played trough a couple of traning missions now. Now I'm feeling sick in my stumach :p
And it took me 10 minutes to manage to land properly after I had gone inside the station! That was tricky.

Honestly, pulling off a smooth landing is still one of the most satisfying things I have done in a game.

are you mouse and keyboarding it?

I couldn't do m+kb, so plugged a cheap and nasty joystick it and played it like that until I could get the best value HOTAS going (which is the Thrustmaster T-Flight HOTAS X - think it was about 25 quid) and I still use it a couple of years on.

Using Xbox controller. Working quiet nicely. Gonna try to add voice attack tomorrow.
