Be careful if you're going to play online, from what I remember when the newer CoD's came out it was just full off hackers.

Zombies was class on that game as well.

Mrs Ijjy has bought me Call Of Duty World at War.

Despite my hating of FPS she knows I like WW2 stuff and saw it cheap so picked it up for me.

Is it any good?

If you've never played any of the Treyarch COD games (Black Ops etc..) then at the very least you should enjoy Nazi Zombies. 2 player co op it's a right blast!

Yep. Getting shot at sniper distance with a shotgun, that kind of thing. You can buy modded controllers now with "rapid fire" "auto aim" "auto quick scope", I think you can spend upwards of £100 on them. Crazy. I don't see the attraction myself, it just makes it too easy and spoils it for everyone else. I used to be ace at MW2, I think that's around when the hackers came in.

It's mad what people can do to mod console gaming.

I do love a good noscope/quick scope game though, was my thing back on CoD4 haha. I agree with the temper thing, that game doesn't have make me turn purple.

Saw that this was coming out. My housemate is well keen, but im not very impressed tbh. It's cool that you'll be able to play MP with people on Steam, but I'd like to see more for my £13-15 than that tbh, otherwise may as well just play the original.

I liked it mate - at the very least you have Keifer Sutherland doing the voiceover. Decent campaign mode - ok online stiff

MW2 for me, the multiplayer action in that is fantastic, I was addicted at one stage.

I didn't like WAW at all, the guns were just too old fashioned.
