CoD is linear and more like an interactive movie at times

I generally prefer that as I'm rubbish at games and I like the game to hold my hand and be easily accessible

A bland version of GTA4 with Chinese people chucked into it. Controls are horrible. A 6/10, borrow from a mate or pick up for a fiver if poss for a few days of distraction.

Yeah but me and my husband love playing split screen on a weekend. We still have fun.

It really depends. With BF3, there is a lot more ways to play, vehicular warfare, air warfare.

But it can get boring if you hammer it.

The CoD franchise ones are. Battlefield for me you can play differently, a lot of the time. Like you can be a medic, reviving the team, healing up yourself and others. Engineer either taking out enemy vehicles or air supports. Support supplying ammo and supressing the enemy team with massive LMGs. Recon sniper sat in the hills just pinging peoples heads. Can also just be a vehicle user in a jet, tank or in an attack heli with a friend is really good if you have a good pilot and gunner combo. Also on Battlefield every game feels different.
