Downloaded Doom 64 today and just had a quick go of it - great retro fun. Looking forward to putting in a few hours on this in the weeks/months ahead... seems very decent for a fiver (didn't bother with the Doom Eternal pre-order, which included it, as I'll wait for the price drop once it's been out a while).

Installed FM20 while its free, don't know why really I can't afford the game at the minute and won't get much done in a few days.

Been playing Control this week. Weird game but really enjoying it. Especially once you get the hang of using all your different powers in unison.

It's available on PS Now and you can get a weeks free trial. It's not a particularly long game so could easily do it in a week if you're on lockdown. Even if you can't finish it in a week it's easily worth £8.99 for a one month subscription. Just make sure you cancel if you don't intend on carrying on with PS Now

Been playing a little of the Jurassic world evolution whilst on self isolation .

Not a bad game if you want a simple management aim with dinosaurs. Little learning curve and a bit of management money wise but easy to overcome. Even dinosaur management to make sure they aren't going to go off and eat everyone.

Only cons is that the game looks sterile despite the exotic locations with everything looking the same. That and it's probably not more in depth. Nice cheap buy (or free if you got it last month from Xbox)

Further to the previous post.

Unlocked the third island in jurrasic park today. Part of the second island was healing sick dinosaurs they send you. One of them was a pain in the arse and constantly escaped.

Pro tip, if you want a velocoraptor in the game, breed loads at once otherwise that will be running round the park because it can't wait 5 bloody minutes for the helicopter to carry the rest.

Anyway. Unlocked the third island so was just finishing up research before I moved on. A storm hit the island letting all my dinosaurs escape, the ones who could be arsed leaving. The pain in the arse one started hunting others , raptors everywhere.

45 minutes it took me to catch them all and put them back! Replaced all the fencing etc. People just locked in a bunker the whole time. Better than the guests who ran DIRECTLY INTO the raptor area who then got eaten.
