Comp Help Required

Prob wasting my time a little here, but thought i would try anyway !!!

Right i am running an ebay business with a colleague, both using different computers..

Although it should be simple both doing different tasks etc.. the other colleague keeps stepping on my toes, and doing some of my stuff and then duplicating stuff which is [Poor language removed] annoying !!!

I was wondering if anyone knows of a webpage that we can both log into from 2 different pc's (as we use them from different houses) and we can keep logs on what needs doing for the day etc, add notes each..

Add information and orders etc.. so that things are duplicated

I am 100% positive something will be out their, but cant think for the life of me what to search for in google !!

You might want to have a look at Basecamp (free or low priced options) or OS project management tools (www.dotproject.net came up in a search for that, for example).

anyone know of any online website, that allows you to input...

date, description, sale price, total, delivery etc..

and can work out a total for you??

would be very handy so we can both input into it as we have a lot going through as cash, and lots gets mislaid lol

not really... i have done ebay for years.. but its only recently i have started doing big items and making a large amount of money in it... it kind of happened out of the blue !!

i have taken about 10k since january compared to just being a normal addictive ebayer who sells random poop !!

asking for places to record my information doesnt mean im not organised... in the past i sold for just profit, but now things are starting to take off im thinking about actually organising things, and putting money to one side to purchase larger and bulk orders etc.. thus the reason im asking for these programs !!

Doing 40k in a year is a very different thing from flogging a few possessions on ebay.

which is exactly why we have started to organise our payments etc...

all payments are logged etc, but most came through as cash, so cash minus costs divided by 2 equals profits..

not difficult...

only thing is we are deciding to branch out now and make some more money to invest
