Come on Preston

I just hope they play Phil Collins over the tannoy as the players come out.

Not so Stevie G bottles someone but just cause Phil Collins is awesome.

Preston looking great at the start

The RS will find their feet at some point. Preston just need to dig in and keep concentration....

Off topic like but -- I found that story about that Mellor lad for Preston a bit sad. Looked like a bright academy prospect...then the Spanish Waiter just got rid when the lad did his knee in and over loaded the academy with foreign cheapies. No chance for a local scouse lad nowdays at the RS he said.

Good goal by Riera like......

Funny how probably one of their best players this season IMO was the one we threw money at to buy and he told us to do one...the twwat.

lighten the hell up, neville has been a good poster here and i think most of us appreciate his contributions. he's focusing on common ground, our shared hatred of the redshite, i really don't see any problem with that. perhaps the thread should be moved, but lets leave that to the mods.

i've got a small soft spot for preston as well since Irvine left, plus we can't forget that they're where moyes first tried his hand at managing, i can imagine atleast a couple people in everton's staff will also be pulling for Preston pretty strongly.

honestly i don't think the distraction of a cup run would hurt them that much, i'd rather we pile on their misery right now, hopefully a combination of Stevie G's troubles and an early cup exit will knock some of the optimism out of 'em
Couldn't have put it better myself

To be fair, he was/is a pudding.

Preston deserved a draw atleast. They had a goal dissallowed - which was given for a very soft foul which wouldnt have affected the goal anyway...

Beside the point really. The only player to come out of the academy to play for the RS lately was Danny Guthrie.....no one else gets a sniff when they've got Ngog, El Zar etc, just shows how [Poor language removed] their academy is or the fact they dont give anyone a chance.

Unless we've stopped them nicking our youths.

Anyway...Jaime Shithouse was up to his old tricks of pulling players down and getting away with it I see.

Being you typical brit I always support the underdog .:lol:if they are playing the r/s it just adds to it.I understand it was a United supporter who upset Stevie ME give him my best(y)

Yes Coyney it was

We actually have undercover agents everywhere spreading havoc amongst our mortal enemies

By the way Secret Agent 'Sparky' Hughes is to be recalled shortly as his work at Middle eastlands is complete

You heard it here first

They've not exactly done well have they? I liked Warnock, I must admit. I dont see what Dossena or Insua have over him. But I suppose if you haven't got a Spanish name you can forget about it.

Neville, I watched your match against Boro and your lot looked very leggy. I think United did well to get those 6 points over the post-Christmas period. I reckon, however, it'll take a near faultless second half of the season to retain that title because, unfortunately, Liverpool look capable of making a fist of it at this stage. I still think the wheels will come off at some stage for them, but United have to get their scoring boots on.

Spot on Davek

We are not playing that well and you are right about the 6 points over Christmas being vital. However its been a weird start to the season with the World Club thing and all that. Gonna be tough particularly with the amount of fixtures in the next few weeks but we have got a lot of tough fixtures behind us

I am quietly confident without being over confident

Liverpool are not looking a bad side this year but have also dropped points. I watched the Newcastle game and everyone was raving about Livepool without realising how [Poor language removed] Newcastle were ( Worst team I have seen all season without question)

Anyway on another note the worst thing about this season for me is the kick off times. I like to watch football at 3.00pm on Saturday. This season there have been more than a few Saturday evenings at 17.15 and many Monday nights etc with more coming up (We play yourselves on a Monday)

Due to this I have had to miss some games due to work commitments which pisses me off

Without studying your fixtures how much has this affected Everton do you still get regular Saturday 15.00pm Footy ?

No.

What do you think about Berbatov? He seems to have messed up your style of play rather than improve it. None of your attackers look like they know what they're supposed to be doing anymore.
