There planned new ground is going to cost a lot more than a billion due to the fact they would need to pay to move part of the underground line including a station and buy up a load of the surrounding property in one of the most expensive areas of the capital, then there is the huge cost of the fact that to do what they want they need to dig quite deep into the ground. In terms of engineering it would make Spurs new stadium look like a cattle shed.

Yet we have a pre dug, if slightly moist, hole in the ground and That's a problem and a cost too...we could sell them the BMD hole...as is, where is, buyer collects...to fund our ground.
