The emails are absolutely relentless..

Like our actual efforts on the pitch - our CRM, Digital and Marketing teams are equally as awful. I use the season ticket purchase confirmation email as recent proof - not sure if anyone got the same one my Dad and I got but it was essentially an entire email in the form of a Microsoft notepad almost - but filled with random data.
