So, what about the funding for such a massive project? We just lost six million this year alone and were not a more attractive proposition because of all this.
We're certainly no less attractive - any buyer would have had to pay for the Stadium, either after the purchase, or within the purchase price. You could argue that now the buyer has a say in what the new Stadium will be, it is a far more attractive postition.
I disagree with it was never going to go ahead, on the contrary it was very close, and although unlikely could still be rejuvenated but with a lesser capacity although I hope that very much doesn't happen.
Kirkby will get shops, smaller and fewer shops, but shops nonetheless. Nowhere near enough to provide sufficient enabling for the Stadium, that volume of retail wasn't ever going to be allowed, really, honest.
But cheers Gordon, you're the only one that clearly had thought of what happens next.
You say that to all the boys, but I've got bugger all better to do at work all day
Dennis, I'm still waiting - when's the softback out? You may want to consider who's looking silly mate.
You love him, you two should get it on, the tension is sexual

the figures do show that something needs to give, lets hope the next initiative isn't quite so divisive.
