We're certainly no less attractive - any buyer would have had to pay for the Stadium, either after the purchase, or within the purchase price. You could argue that now the buyer has a say in what the new Stadium will be, it is a far more attractive postition.

I disagree with it was never going to go ahead, on the contrary it was very close, and although unlikely could still be rejuvenated but with a lesser capacity although I hope that very much doesn't happen.

Kirkby will get shops, smaller and fewer shops, but shops nonetheless. Nowhere near enough to provide sufficient enabling for the Stadium, that volume of retail wasn't ever going to be allowed, really, honest.

the figures do show that something needs to give, lets hope the next initiative isn't quite so divisive.

Well you're the one who just keeps posting "What now?"
As you seem to think the views of ordinary supporters have carried so much weight in making this decision, perhaps you should organise a petition to persuade the Minister to reconsider his decision -in the interests of "the majority".

We all want much the same thing & can all see the same problems/obstacles. Unfortunately, none of us can do much other than pontificate on here about it.
