my mrs just rang to tell me that, like i'm getting up for anything to be late for, no kids here, no mrs here, they can put em forward 3 hours i still wont lose any shut eye.

me too. Well missus is away, so i'm tucking into some Syrah red and about to watch some sci-fi documentary and a film. Good times. And i'm going to bed in my Everton top. How cool is that. **** the clocks.

if theres one date in the year that I can't stand it's the night of 'daylight saving time', I never look forward to, or hate in some respect, this crap.
it's all to do with the Government, and we know what a bunch of usless clints they are, it's to do with north of the border apparently, to make for lighter mornings in Scotland, or is it evenings, and now we all have to suffer.
point being, I'm very content when it's dark at 5pm, I'm a Sagittarius after all, I grew up with a cold climate most of the time, I'm not a big fan of summer and my favorite time of the year is January/February when it's nice and cool with snow showers and getting dark by 4pm.
I don't welcome this 'putting clocks back/forward' bullshit one bit, but now that's it done I guess we just have to live with it, it will soon be getting dark at 10pm, won't be long now, but by the same token it will soon be October again and those miserable, I can't find a suitable expletive, will soon be messing around again with times and it will be back to as it was before.
Its just not for me, whether anyone wants to agree or disagree, I just have no time, no pun intended, for this clock messing nonsense, just damn well leave them alone, it's still, for me, 4.30pm, I'm sticking with that.
I just feel strongly about this, that's all.
