I know this will be an unpopular opinion but I really just don't rate him. Well, he's a good player of course, I just mean that I think he's overrated.

In addition he comes across as a bit of a bell and finally, he is not what we need. We need a midfield dynamo and an out-and-out striker. He is somewhere in between; ultimately neither.

Dempsey is underrated in my opinion, he'd walk into our first 11.

Would he come to us? Not a chance. Again how would we afford him plus as already said he'd be looking for a team competing in europe at his age. We have nothing to offer him he doesnt already have at Fulham, that makes my heart sink even saying that!

A player isn't underrated anymore when every fan and every media outlet refers to them as underrated all the bastarding time.

He's too old for his and our current situation for this to pan out.
