Also apparently made a private phone call to warnock in which again the official rule Is other officials have to be in attendance of any phone calls made to managers etc.

According to Graham Poll, it wasn't that hard for him to have avoided any problems - he just needed to travel with the other officials to a hotel four miles away and then drive off for the concert from there.

If I remember right it was £30,000 p a when the prem was formed 91/92 ?
+ expenses of course.
