Depends what you're into really, but so long as you're not going for the prostitutes then I'm duty bound to recommend Prague. Vienna is also nice but not quite as affordable. Numerous cities in Switzerland are also very pretty, but very expensive also.

Bratislava, pint's of German wheat beer for 2 euro, smashing stuff, you can also get the bus to Vienna for 4 euro from there and it's an hour away.

Budapest, Berlin and Prague are all 'can't go wrong' unless you're @JordanianEmbassy . Ljubljana is very pleasant if you want somewhere a bit more laid back and want options to get out and do some outdoors stuff.
