Really happy for him. Still concerned he isn't cut out for the physicality of our league but hopefully he proves me wrong. May be valuable in the Europa as that seems closer to the style of international football.

That's my biggest concern. Chelsea managers in the past and Martinez obviously believe he's got the ability, but he just seems far too lightweight.

Based solely on the small glimpses I've seen of him, he looks apprehensive with regards to trying to win the ball or going past a man.

That may come from his own realisation that he requires some bulking up and conditioning training.
