We looked much better balance yesterday, two wingers, Lukaku up top and Naismith just behind.

Give Atsu a run of games on the right to see what he can actually do, Mirallas on the left and Lukaku up with Naismith OR Barkley behind.

If it doesn't show up in a royal blue kit by the end of the season it's probably a managerial/club issue, considering he's shown ability for Ghana Porto Vitesse etc etc etc.
Or you can just be stubborn about it and insist that he's rubbish.
