Has he actually played for Chelsea yet, or has his Chelsea career gone the same way as Lukaku, ie. on loan all the while?

He was loaned out last season to Holland wasn't he?

Chelsea have no intention of using Atsu likewise with Lukaku.

The only reason their stockpiling players is to get round FFP regulations.

Absolutely no doubt in my mind that Chelsea will ever use Atsu.
