I dont think they fix any problems.. but you definetly walk out feeling pretty good..
 
I just been to one, she checked everything... and I mean everything, it was a bit awkward really.
 
I use one on a fairly regular basis and he does a great job. When you've got your spine pressing on your nerves because you're not aligned properly (don't know the term they use), it causes issues elsewhere. They relieve the pressure thereby reducing the pain you're feeling not only in the affected area, but also in the other secondary areas.

You could probably find a lot online about the services they provide.
 

Buy a new matress and get a pair of Asics running shoes. If you back still hurts then I'd try something else.

Yes, they do work, very well indeed. Don't go by ads in the yellow pages, get a recommendation from a friend. They are like everyone else, there are good ones and dodgy ones. If you need a course of treatment ie a few sessions, try and negotiate a discount, I did and got noe with no hassle.

A PROPER Thai massage also works wonders, but it has to be the proper one (not the oinky oinky one). You come out feeling like you have gone 10 rounds with giant haystacks but you feel great for it as well.

Without a doubt mate, the most relaxing thing, that pushes your joints to the limit. I don't know how it works but it does. Just make sure they are trained in the art of Thai massage as you could damage tendons by having a
thai massage done by a novice.
There are Thai massages in SOHO which aren't bad, and they aren't the dodgy ones either.
 
I had a thai massage on the beach in kho pngan, and the woman said 'you've been here a while', there isn't 1 bit of tension in you, twas waste of about 20p as i was as chilled as humanly possible.

i reckon those turkish ones administered by some huge guy with a slab and oil look the biz.
