although i am a choc lover (real choc) i do also like cheese, including goats cheese (feta is ace) and i have even been known to try a sour goats cheese from anti paros, i like most cheeses tbh apart from anything with a mouldy vein running through it.

a person who takes a knife to a creamy lancashire on a cheese board after digging some danish blue, and thus leaving a little bit of mould on the edge of a pure white regional treasure should be forcefully ejected from the function that they are attending.

a cheese fondue can be a pleasure also.

i suspect that when danny talks cheese though we can take it for granted that he's talking cheese strings,kraft slices and dairylee, not even taking in that foreign stuff, "laughing cow"

Cheddar is my favourite cheese, love dark choc.

OK cheese is better on pizza. But if pizza is just cheese on toast, well chocolate spread on toast is just as nice.
