Its about reacting to the loose ball. Its all about instinct. Lots of modern forwards dont have it and prefer to drop off rather than chase into the 6 yard area.

Making those runs to that area gets you goals. I pull my hair out every week watching our players not gamble

….I have no idea, Neil. Last summer El Bilal Toure moved for £8m within days of us buying Maupay for £12m. This summer we apparently bid £30m for El Bilal Toure.

All I’m saying is that there’s plenty of value out there in this big wide world. I have no idea who this summers Toure is, it could well be Chermiti but there is gems out there.

For what it’s worth and against most opinion on here, I actually don’t mind Adams. I just think it’s short-sighted to think £12m might not buy somebody who turns out to be top drawer.

They will fight hard to keep him, and with all the money they have got in , they don’t need to sell him. Time to move on.

This is the thing for me. He's good in that division. They surely want to get promoted, why would they sell him for a meagre amount of money and jeopardise their chances of promotion?
