I think his decision making has been poor at times, but it's difficult to make much of an impact when he's only coming on for a few minutes.

He has put in good performances though when's he's come off the bench at times and brought more energy into the team and I think he should have come on more at half time when trailing, but Moyes doesn't usually bring players on then, and he doesn't seem to fit into his plan or system.
