This is just so so so so poor

Moyes, who guided the Blues to four Merseyside derby wins during his first spell in the Goodison hot seat, added: “We knew about him but it was mainly because of, more than anything if I'm being honest, his availability if I'm being really honest. The recruitment team knew a bit about him but we knew about him when he was at Southampton.”

Surprised by that given we had a longstanding interest.

Reads to me like he's saying "one of Thelwell's."

Definitely seems to be drawing a line between "we" and "the recruitment team," which isn't a great look. "We" ought to include the recruitment team.

Is this real? If it is, that's a crazy thing to say about a new signing in public.

Dacoure is annoyingly bad at some stuff but if you can’t even respect that he does have some good qualities you’re just blinkered.
His work rate is beyond admirable, but at what point do you have to ask for more. Limited players have admirable qualities, doesn’t mean they make up for everything else.

Under Moist's predecessor charly was never getting even onto the bench on Saturday he had the 7 stages of Dycheness to get through
1. Acclimatizing
2. Getting on the Graaaaass
3. Getting used to the other players
4. Understanding the demands of this league
5. Gaining experience in training
6. Doing the hard yards to be ready
7. Understanding his defensive duties

Don’t forget having to be Dyche fit.

I imagine this will have to do with Davie Weir incoming?
